What we collect
Screening answers, contact details, appointment information and payment confirmation. Clinical notes from your consultation are held by the treating clinician as part of your health record.
How it is used
To match you with a clinician licensed in your state, to schedule and deliver your consultation, to issue your letter, and to respond to housing-provider verification requests you ask us to handle.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or health information, and we do not share your diagnosis with a housing provider. Verification confirms only the letter's authenticity and the clinician's license.
Security and retention
Intake and scheduling run on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Records are retained for the period required by the treating clinician's state licensing rules.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to retain. Email hello@petsupportletter.com to make a request.
